Hi TA3s,
Reporting Time on Monday, 1 Feb: 7.25 am
Reporting Venue: Auditorium
Things to bring: Enthusiasm, a set of dark clothes (including undergarments), another set of change of clothes, sunblock/cap/umbrella/whatever sun protection you'll need and $14 for Opacks :)

| 2010 Orientation X: Crossing Boundaries |
Dear JC1s,
Congratulations on your successful admission to Temasek Junior College. Welcome to the TJCian family!
Please be seated in the TJC Auditorium on 28th January 2010 by 0725 hours.
It is advisable that you report to College much earlier to check your Orientation Group and seating arrangements which will be up on the Auditorium wall. A softcopy of the OG list has been attached as well.
We will begin the day with orientation ice-breakers followed by the Subject Combination Talk and sample lectures.
Please come in your secondary school attire.
Please also bring $ 14 for your Orientation Package comprising the souvenir T-shirt, shoe bag, towel, file and other items.

To all TJ Ambassadors for TJC Open House 2010, please note that there will be a compulsory briefing for you guys.
The details are as follows:
Date: 7th Jan (Thursday)
Time: 9am-12nn
Venue: LT1
Agenda:
1. Final Briefing (Mrs Noordin, Ms Nor)
2. Individual group briefings (Teachers I/C or I/Cs of the group)
3. Distribution of T-shirts/ Collection of money (Shiau Haln)
4. Distribution of chalks for PDPs to decorate allocated slot on the 8th Jan
5. Packing of goodie bags (Mr Alex Loh)

| Open House 2010 |
To all SC, HC and SL Camp participants, you will be involved in the TJC Open House 2010 as TJ Ambassadors.
1. Check the attached documents for instructions, your assigned role(s), and the route for the college tour.
2. Check the ENTIRE list for your name as it may appear twice due to doubling of roles.
3. More details on your roles will be given to you by your I/C and/or Assistant I/C.
4. There will be a mass briefing cum t-shirt collection session at a later date. Look out for the announcement here!
All I/Cs and Assistant I/Cs are to attend a compulsory briefing on Tuesday (1st Dec), 9am at CR111.
Those who are unable to attend are to inform Shiau Haln by Monday night.

| Mass dance practice schedule |
Hey guys,
Attached is the mass dance practice schedule for OGLs this holidays!
You need to download 1 important document (as attached), namely:
1.) Mass Dance Practise Schedule (OGL version), which contains information on which season you are to attend,as well as information on the exact time and dates of each mass dance practice session
There are multiple sheets (tabs can be found at the bottom of the excel doument) within the document, so make sure you look through the entire file.
Note that there are a total of 2 seasons, the first one stretching from 30/11/09 to 10/12/09, the second one stretching from 10/12/09 to 22/12/09.
These information will be posted on the SC notice board outside the SC room as well. :)
Also, you need to meet a minimum 75% attendance mark for the mass dance practice sessions!
